The UMNO gov.acknowledges the poverty in Malaysian parents hence the distributions of cash to parents nation wide especially when election is round the corner is obviously good and commendable good work. Parents should receive these assistance with thankfulness.We are all poor parents and need not just RM100 but more. ..anyway to vote in 13GE is a different matter..vote wisely for change of gov……
