YES BROTHER/S- WE MUST FIGHT FOR SARAWAK INDEPENDENCE AS DID RENTAP, ROSLI DOLBY AND SO DID MANY GUERRILLA FIGHTERS – THE UNSUNG HEROES
If there is a peaceful way to get our independence without blood shed such an independence referendum backed by the UN we will support it!
However, after 48 years of sucking up our rich resources UMNO is planning to implement SCORE without consulting us when the plan will have serious social economic impact on all of us.
This will only see a step up of plunder and exploitation of our resources and people. Mahathir who has stolen billions from Sarawak recently said Sabah and Sarawak resources are yet to be fully exploited for “development”. By this he would mean further enrichment of UMNO and its cronies at the expense of the people in the 2 colonies.
Many palaces, grand buildings like the Petronas Towers, brand new bridges and highways in Malaya have been built with stolen Sabah and Sarawak wealth. This wealth is also channeled into UMNO pockets through their “development” companies.
While this is happening, Bian Baru and other opposition politicians have recently raised concern over the lack of progress and “development” in Sarawak. We could add to what they said by saying that Malaya has prospered at our expense.
We cannot and must not accept SCORE with an expected 600,000 foreign workers or the transfer of 80,000 “religious teachers” into Sarawak. Sarawak cannot cope with such a big invasion and will in no time be in a catastrophic mess of social economic upheaval as is happening in Malaya and Sabah.
We now have a reservoir of educated people workers and soldiers. If all of us unite with the Penans and NCR people we will be a powerful force for change.
We have many trained and experienced Dayak fighters. It is sad that many families of such Dayak fighters have been victimized by UMNO and the PBB BN regimes and there is no strong resistance against the plunder and oppression.
If we unite and all stand up to fight for our freedom and independence from UMNO colonial rule we can win.
We must unite to fight for a brighter day for all Sarawakians.
