Yes, I actually wondered if the foreign counterpart DIDN’T POINT OUT THE FLAWS OF THE BLUEPRINT in the event Malaysia MIGHT OVERTAKE SINGAPORE AND KOREA IN HIGHER EDUCATION…with the current brainwashing, this and that cannot do you think we can ACTUALLY ATTAIN THAT KIND OF WORLD STANDARD…Hope I am wrong !!!
