Most of the time our Wakil Rakyats do not really know how to make use of their allocations to really benefit the rakyats. At the end of the day, this is the kind of hastily implimented projects which only benefit the wakil rakyat and his crony contractor just so that the Wakil Rakyat meet their KPI and thus get their allocation the following year. Before they embarked on that free laptop project, these wakil rakyats should have identified rural schools and villages which do not have electricity and maybe a different kind of “1Malaysia Gift” should have been more valued like giving those school electricity first before the laptop? No wonder most of the laptops were sold off for their impracticality in some rural schools. To the Wakil Rakyat, your idea was good but not well implimented.Don’t blame the rakyat for your lack of hardwork on this project, you forgot that most Rural rakyats are still living in the “DARK”.
