IS IT TO VOTE FOR MORE OF THE SAME OR VOTE TO GET OUT OF MALAYSIA BY REFERENDUM WHICH WE SHOULD BE DOING?

Malaya 20 years ago:

1. The last time I was in Kuala Trengganu, about 20 years ago, the place smelled fish with wooden jetties where I threw fishing lines from. Today the town is a modern metropolitan, and all jetties have been replaced with modern concrete wharfs and huge cranes everywhere. The oil-money has been very helpful to the Trengganu people.

2. The last time I was in Dengkil, about 20 years ago, the area was filled old tin mines and we used to chase haruan all over the place. Today, the place is a modern Cyber-Jaya, Putra Jaya, built from Petronas money, costing RM4.5 billion. Just where did Petronas pumped its oil from?

The last time I was in Kapit – about 20 years ago – there has not been much change there ow. In fact the only airport has closed, full of lalang. The only rural road is built by the Chinese (Mr Kong) to access to his farm.

And yes, the rental is so expensive that traders have to sell goods 5 times the prices in Sibu. You know why? I don’t see many shop houses coming up over the past 20 years. I met an engineer –apa nama – who comes from Kapit and yet make his living in Kuching. There is nothing but failures and exploitations in Kapit. Still vote BN?

Don’t blame YBs or Menteri – it is you Kapit People that should be blamed. Why did you elect BN over the past 48 years? Shame on Kapit People.
