English teachers not up to the standards? just means, the ministry chose the wrong people for the job. Start interviewing teachers who wants to take up a position as English language teachers. I’ll be graduating for TESL soon and I’ll sure put the srudents back on track for the English language. If you don’t have the passion to be a teacher then dont. You’ll just be ruining the lives of futures generations.
