Is Syabas desperate enough to take over the role of state government to approve the setting up of new factories in Selangor? In true sense of the word, Syabas is merely giving their sincere opinion on the current status of treated water which in actual fact is only 2% right now i.e. far below the comfortable percentage of 20%. So it is clear that the selangor government under khalid ibrahim is the party that is trying to deceive the investors about the real situation in selangor. Kudos to Syabas for being firm and frank
