NOT JUST REGIME CHANGE BUT CHANGE OF NATIONAL STATUS FOR SABAH SARAWAK

WHY BOTHER TO FIX A MALAYSIA OF BROKEN AGREEMENT IN A BROKEN DOWN STATE?

The comments below are reposted from earlier postings by other commentators as they answer the question raised by Najib-

“MALAYSIA IS A FAILED COLONIAL EXPERIMENT – SAVE SABAH SARAWAK FROM FURTHER FOREIGN RULE & PILLAGE!
VOTE AS A STEP TO GET RID OF THE COLONIAL REGIME FOR A DE-COLONISED FREE INDEPENDENT SABAH SARAWAK!

UMNO MALAYSIA cannot be fixed it was broken in 1965. Added to the failings listed in the article are some major fundamental FLAWS in the concept of Malaysia as a confederation of 3 states being Malaya, Sabah and Sarawak.

1. Malaysia Concept collapse in 1965.

The 1960s concept of the Federation of Malaysia had already been destroyed by Singapore leaving the 4 country partnership in 1965. UMNO Malaya had shown bad faith in the treatment of Singapore as an equal partner. This was underlined by the fact that Sabah and Sarawak were not consulted about the breakup reflecting UMNO’s plan too colonies the 2 countries. The Malaysia concept actually failed from the beginning when Brunei decided it was against its interest to join in the artificial creation of the Federation.
The break down of the original concept made the Malaysia Agreement null and void. In other words it is illegal.

2. UMNO Malaya broke the INTERNATIONAL agreements on federation with Sabah and Sarawak as independent countries from the beginning

The original fears of the Borneo people about Malayan colonisation were strongly expressed such that Tunku Abdul Rahman the British appointee PM put it in writing that Malaya Sabah and Sarawak were equal partners and Malaya would never colonise the 2 countries. However, Sabah and Sarawak did not trust him and had the 18/20 Points Agreements drawn up to protect their territorial sovereignty and integrity and state rights.

3. Malayanisation of Sabah Sarawak breach 18/20 Points Agreements & failure of “equal partnership”

UMNO’s breach of the 18/20 Points Agreement also repudiated and voided the Malaysia Agreement. This is seen in the long list of failure to honour the Agreements such as by Malayanisation instead of Borneonisation of the civil service, central control of Sabah Sarawak finances, taxes and their economies when it was agreed that they had independent control and interference with their right to control immigration into their territory.

4. Breach of Malaysia promises of economic prosperity and social advancement.

The Malaysia union led to the impoverishment of Sabah Sarawak people and countries both in the economic and social well being. Sabah and Sarawak from being resource rich countries have been reduced to be the 13th and 14th poorest states. They have been”transformed” into colonial oil palm plantation economies.

Their once harmonious and tolerant society have been incorporated into UMNO’s new Malay supremacist apartheid system. We have regressed not only in our economic development but socially there has been a break down the traditional racial unity and the Dayak way of life with land grabs for dams and oil palm plantations.

5. FAILURE TO PROTECT BORDER SECURITY IS ALSO A FUNDAMENTAL BREACH OF THE MALAYSIA CONCEPT

Border security was a fundamental promise and understanding to the whole concept of forming Malaysia.

The British Malayan 1960S invasion scare campaign was used to justify the formation of Malaysia to “protect” Sabah and Sarawak from the threat of Indonesian and Filipino invasions. It is a corner stone of the Malaysia concept.

UMNO Malaya deliberately broke the agreement by failing to secure the borders from the flood of “illegals” into Sabah and Sarawak from the very countries they were promising to “protect” us from the invasion which Malaya was using as threat to intimidate Sabah and Sarawak into forming Malaysia.

If your partner in any venture breaks the partnership agreement this immediately puts in question the continuation of such a relationship. Malaya has long since broke this relationship. It broke the Malaysia Agreement by causing S’pore to leave.”

If Singapore can leave the union why cannot Sabah and Sarawak? No man-made agreement can be forever binding. Malaya chose to repudiate, nullify and break all those agreements so as to impose its expansionist colonisation plans.

They will be much better off than being colonial vassal states of Malaya.

They will be free and independent like Brunei and S’pore and they have not yet been invaded by Indonesia and the Philippines.

If life was better before 1963, life is hell in Malaysia after AND will be forever and ever…

So for all the above reasons, we in Sabah Sarawak must support the call for independence and unite and vote out UMNO as a first step to the de-colonisaiton of our countries from foreign Malayan rule.
